Peter was not reachable as he is staying in Totonro till today and will return to his office tomorrow morning. I received an opinion that metallurgical work is not a requirement for the sale of Magpie property. I would guess that something good is being progressed fast behind the scene that even put Peter in a position to make a better deal.

When Fancamp contacted Pope & Company Ltd. last week to close PP, the lead underwriter of this financing gave its opinion to extend to wait for another week to fill in PP due to debt crisis in greece and mid of worsening economy conditions in European market. Do they get a full commission based on full scription??

Fancamp is intending to close PP this week even without full scription. Noront's PP is to be closed as of May 12th. Nothing guaranteed!! This ($2 million) financing, which is in need for imminent exploration work, could be negligible compared the upcoming cash flow in the Company upon the sale of Magpie property. Some news releases are in line before and after PP closing. There seemed to be another type of positive development that is not known to us.

House 1 (Anon) 's irrational trading behavior is quite annoying lately. Anon dumped 100K today and 1.12 million shares in the past two months. Anon pushed Freewest's sp down till Sep. 23/09 before it went up from $.23 to $1.00. Anon pressed NOT's sp down to below $.50 by mid of July/09 before it jumped to $3.00. Could be naked shorting?? Anyway, we know better than Anon with respect to what's happening with the Company.

IMO, it brings an excellent opportunity to take cheap shares unloaded by house 1 at low prices.
