So let's talk about anticipation and what it means for Harvey to be on board. And I'm sorry but I don't know much about the significance of Thompson coming on board.
Assays are coming this week, but knowing Smith, it will be next week.
Will it be a "barn burner"?
No.
Why not, because what they've found so far is the set-up stage for Harvey to find the nickel down deep. Normally Peter says things like "encouraging." This time he said "exciting." Rumor says they did find high grade nickel, but I doubt they found the 50plus meters we've been hoping for. Not yet. Harvey came on board because he's got intimate knowledge of both Noront and Fancamp lands, and he is going to take the info from Peter's shallow explorations and the 800meter drills and crone probes to go deep. Currently the hold up, I was told, is that we are waiting on Noront's problematic deep drills next to our borders to go deeper. I guess Fancamp can thank Noront for working out the kinks before the drill crew steps a few feet across onto our border to drill deep under Mike and Harvey's guidance.
So my advice is don't expect "barn-burner" expectations for the next assay release. I'm hoping it raises the anticipation for a following barn-burner assay News Release resultant from Harvey's participation.
Exciting times. Magpie Metalurgical results soon.
