as to the debate on one property vs many in the company let me add this.

One property well managed and developed is all one needs - Champion - Noront - Argex and others.

However many properties not well managed - no matter how great they are means a languishing stock price - ie Fancamp

Mineral Fields likes Fancamp properties - what they did not realize until now is that peter is not able to bring these properties to an advanced stage of development and tends to move onto the next project - dividing his time and financial resources.

Magpie - the ore is there and so meadow hen -" The Magpie deposit is huge but isolated and given the deposits available near access I can't see it being developed for a long time" i disagree with this statement - i think it has the potential to be developed - not by peter - too haphazard and shoe string operation of this entity.... it needs to be handled in a more serious way.

ROF - need i say more - lets wait for Noront to strike it rich and then they will buy us for a zillion has been the wrong strategy - if peter thinks the motherlode is on fnc property then why isn't drilling like Noront is on their minor extension - why - no money no plan.

Anybody wanna bet peter needs more financing for ROF and we will be diluted as sub par value.

Argex - dividend out the 9 million shares worth 2.7M to shareholders - that will grab attention and MF will get 20% of that action...BUT WE HAVE TO REMOVE THE ESCROW- which should not be an issue from what i am told - but peter has no interest-- Why???

Upcoming AGM - people have to show up and grill peter.... .

WAKE UP MINERALFILEDS - Sit on Peter and ask the tough questions otherwise we sit at 40 cents for another year .HE NEEDS HELP TO RUN A PROPER COMPANY

AND WHY NOT ACTUALLY HOLD A PHYSICAL MEETING OF ALL DIRECTORS WHERE THEY GET TOGETHER AND TALK.

SEND A MESSAGE. WITHHOLD VOTES ON ALL DIRCTORS -EXCEPT PETER AND GRANGER

CERTAINLY VOTE AGAINST THE OPTION PLAN - PETER DOES NOT DESERVE IT NOR DO ANY OF THE OTHER "NAMES"

It's too late to get a dissent proxy vote circulated and MF would not support showing up at the meeting to put forth other names.... i started too late.... but it's never too late to offer help to good people even if they are stubborn and won't listen.

that's my vent for today... so sad we have so much quality and nobody is listening...
