SG

As Rago pointed out - Fancamp owns 50% of that property - but that is still HUGE if peter is correct in saying that the tonnage is larger than what Chm has acquired.

Problem 1 - only peter is saying this and he does nothing to back it up and prove it. And he does not have the expertise nor cash to do it. He likes to buy and store!

Problem 2 - when peter did the deal with chm he gave them a right of first refusal or option on the Lac Lamalee property. what are the details of that RFR or Option. when does it expire? does Chm have the right to earn a jv interest by spending x$?

you need to know the details of the RFR and if it is too stringent then sale to 3rd party not an option and could hinder value.

I agree iron ore is hot and Peter should be spinning out some of his holdings to create some value rather that sit on sidelines. so if he has not done it for Magpie - Argex - ROF - what makes you think he will for Lamallee?

Need to get Advisors - Mineral Fields - Board to twist Peters' arm.

Again - he is NOT a CEO - he is an exceptionally talented - property locator.

But bottom line - has HE done anything with a property he acquired OR did the other company he ventured with Mature the asset???

Time for a shake up of approach and style and if that means moving him aside and getting a deal maker / rain maker - then so be it.

my 2 cents.

otherwise we sit and gripe and get dragged along rather than make our own destiny.
