THe financing is to meet our obligation for CHM properties

If we did not we will be diluted

The increase in shares will not be an issue when yiou consider the value if the iron ore in the ground

I have checked the financing group They have a lot if clout Their analyst will recommend the stock after it is completed

I hope this will increase our anemic volume

I think Granger et al are positive about this move
