It was just granting options.

Currently they didn't buy any shares or spent any money by buying options.

Granting options means that there is a possibility to buy shares at .75 cent. It doesn't matter at what price the shares are traded but doesn't make sense to exercise options below break even.

Once again, they didn't buy anything except the opportunity to buy shares at .75 cent.

Did the grant options because of the confidence in fnc or was it just to make shareholders more confident. who knows. time will tell..
