Mr. Richard Nemis of Bold Ventures reports (03/05/12)

"The transaction is conditional upon the usual due diligence, regulatory approval, and the execution of a formal option and joint venture agreement within 60 days of the signing of the LOI."

Also due assay results from Beauce gold deposits and desolation property.

SP will rise after CHM hit the bottom.

In regards to share swap, papers would take some time but should be ready soon. Both CHM and FNC do not wish to miss this opportunity for a win-win solution. Otherwise it will take a long time to go for a next negotiation.
