Here some quick calculation:

9 mio * 1,15 = 10,35 mio ( argex shares)

15 mio * 0,68 = 10,2 mio (champion shares)

--> 20,55 mio (argex+champion)

--> 20,55/115= 0,1787

current share price is 0,17...just value for those shares.....no value for any other assets and cash...
