As shareholders of flx, we have patiently waited pretty much a year for this time to finally come.

In the next couple of weeks, NR's from both Idenergy and Quad Resources will be released.  They will unveil the start day of trading for both companies.  

A fresh start with $$$$ in both sides to press ahead.  Quad Resources will focus on Golden Moon property.  Idenergy will move quickly into selling its solar systems and water turbine systems.  There will be a push for the market in some of the states in the US....

It will be an amazing feeling to see both sides trading.  It was a long trading halt.

Opening day Quad Resources at 10 cents/share  (retaining roughly .82 of our original flx shares).  And Idenergy we have 1:1 of our flx original shares.  Idenergy will open at 25 cents/share...

Should be trading before the end of june...
