The Application has now been referred to the Minister of Environment and Minister of Energy and Mines for a decision on the award of an Environmental Assessment Certificate. The Ministers have UP TO 45 days to assess the application and issue a decision. Finavera has an agreement with GE Financial for the financing of the first of 4 projects. With the maximum of 45 days until Enviromental application the partnership should start construction soon,and with this milestone the SP should rise considerably... IMO GLTA
