The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to a brokered private placement announced on Nov. 19, 2009, and Jan. 29, 2010:

Second and final tranche:

Number of shares: 490,000 shares

Purchase price: 50 cents per share

Warrants: 245,000 share purchase warrants to purchase 245,000 shares

Warrant exercise price: 75 cents for an 18-month period

Hidden placees: Two placees
