The short form offering with the half warrants are free trading. I had not asked for those but ended up with 20% of mine that way. The other 80% with the full warrants are subject to the 4 month hold. Canaccord told me that the company wanted trading shares in as many hands as possible and were not allowing people to take large amounts of the short form offering. That strategy is to possibly get people trading instead of a small number having them all and not doing any selling. So, there are shares out there to trade but I'm not interested in selling mine at this point.
