Fidelity will let you buy it, but you have to pay higher comission fees because they have to buy and clear the stock through someone who can buy it with the fmg.v vancouver exhage symbol and deliver it to them, and there are additional clearing costs and brokerage costs than their normal 8.00 trade. I had to pay about $120 in total comsission and fees on 9500 shares.
