The two latter ones oversubscribed !

1. March 10, 2011............687,999 units.......$ 0.45 with half warrant $ 0.55 = $ 309,600

2. July 11, 2011.............2,950,000 units......$ 0.24 with half warrant $ 0.30 = $ 708,000

3. Sept.12, 2011...........1,290,500 units......$ 0.24 with half warrant $ 0.30 = $ 309,730

In total, we issued:

4,928,000 shares and

2,464,250 full warrants

for total gross proceeds of $ 1,327,300.

I fully agree, it would be nice to see some "action" for this money.
