Message: The Current Offer and State of the Venture

Absolutely love this play.

When the Venture snaps back because people are starting to see the oversold conditions I think its gonna be absolutely explosive.

Financings in April were up 182% over March....dare we suggest that a bottom has been reached? Equities as a whole tend to follow the broad indices, in the case of the venture we feasibly have no reason to be enduring these conditions whatsoever. Two theories exist for the current state of the Venture;

1) reducing exposure to risk

2) higher costs of production

Lets face it....regardless of increasing operational costs this will only affect producers, not us explorers. In fact this will just make them want even lower CapEx's and OpEx's if at all possible, ergo bonanza grades like FMG's will clearly come to the forefront.

That being said, higher production costs will need to be weathered.....we cant just stop using metal....the thought is absurd. On top of that the developed world uses on average 22 lbs of copper, per person per year. Non Developed countries average about 2 lbs. China and India alone using approximately 1lb/person more per year would increase global demand almost 10%.

As for reducing exposure to risk....well...economic climate aside I personally dont feel the venture is any more riskier than it ever was.....in fact with the macro picture so perfectly aligned for metals, sky high commodity pricing and expanding demand....if anything, I would say the Venture is almost safer than it ever was. A lot more of these companies have better chances just due to the economics of their projects.

Producers dont in general go for exploration.....in fact thats what makes the beautiful synergy between our factions in this sector. We find it...they buy it. Its no small coincidence in my eyes that most of the major producers in the world are cashed up right now either. Why borrow money later when we have historically low interest now? Also the time to be doing something about the coming metals shortfall is now as well. The CIC in China if I recall correctly had a $50 BILLION dollar war chest ready to go for acquisitions. Chinas hunger for Copper alone is staggering, and the most widely used precious metal for industrial usage is silver.

No despite the current conditions on the venture I personally feel we might be witnessing a once in a lifetime chance here. So many of these companies are below 50% if their intrinsic value, a staggering amount are below even 30%. The macro picture dictates that the value of any good resource should only be going up from here....and yet it seems theyve plummeted to rock bottom prices.

FMG currently has 163k shares on the offer all the way up to .63.

FMG also has a hell of a play in Mexico with bonanza grades and very little dilution.

The Venture is starting to look up after a long decline.

I think the math here is pretty simple personally......
