What we really need is a serious long term investor who would :

a) Pick up a position3- 5 million shares on the market over the next few weeks/ months.

b) Do a PP at 10 cents for an additional 5 million for $500,000

c) maybe negotiate a buyin from insiders for an additional 2-3 million shares.

A committed trustworthy investor could create a win win. There is not a better time to do this than right now...property is ready for next phase of drilling...stock price at all time low...gold is ready to break out. This investor(s) will become very wealthy over next 2 years

I have no idea what is going on...only that Jim is capable of pulling a rabbit out of the hat at any time...there will be no giving up on the FMG property
