Well...inaction all across the Venture, cash strapped companies, vacationing investors, European woes....not exactly a lively summer.
FMG at .075 is a steal in my opinion.
I have money tied up in some other juniors, if I see some favorable results soon I intend to start buying a larger portion here, in part because I can average down, in part because I believe this project is amazing thus far. You never really know until the "truth machines" do their work, but from what Ive seen so far I dont think theyll do anything but confirm suspicions.
This was an intercept from their best hole which was actually 37m in length. Lets do some quick math.
A troy ounce = 31.1 grams.
Gold = 1590.50/oz currently x 6.51 g = $332.31
Silver = 27.27/oz currently x 1853 g = $1624.80
Copper = 3.49/lb currently x 12.62% (252.4lbs) = $880.88
In total it = $2837.99/tonne
Just as they say in Vancouvers Downtown Eastside....this is some serious rock.
Theres a good chance that costs to produce this rock will be far, far, far lower....in fact Ill say itll be $100 and that will still be high, but this leaves us $2737.99/tonne of profit.
If these grades are occuring on the property its not a freak accident, these are bonanza grades, and theres probably more of them in the vicinity. This makes it extremely economic to produce, and moreover an absolute ton of profit involved. A few more good holes like this and we will definately catch some eyes.
This one is going places.
