NEW: now 100% interest in the Guadalupe Property in Sonora, Mexico (Jan. 2012) / Best intercept: 37.8 metres of 6.51 g/t Au, 678 g/t Ag
As I said earlier. I did a bit more digging into SEDI and BCSC data and have an updated major shareholder list:
Jim - 1,758,000
Greg - 1,737,124
Mich. Roy - 80,000
Nicole Wood - 110,000
Ernesto Echavarria 1,500,000
Me - 800,000 plus
International Millenium Mining - 5,350,000
In addition to this list, I have provided some details on the purchasers from all the private placements that FMG has ever done (below). All the shares in bold I have highlighted I believe to be tightly held. If you sum everything (making sure not to double count Ernesto's shares which are listed above and included below) you have a grand total of 19,314,513 shares or about 42% of total issued that are not moving anytime soon. Those listed below have very likely accumulated in the public market and there are likely other unknown large shareholders out there. I am pretty confident that well over 50% of the shares of FMG are tightly held. This is likely a reason why another company isnt trying to scoop us for nothing Jim has completed the pps with very few and only those he trusts that dont want to see the company given away but they also dont want to see it run into the ground.
