I can assure you that if he had any meaningful information about assays or new Joint Ventures or pending financings...which is material information he would not be buying...he is an insider...he follows it to the letter. Having said that info does leak out..usually just too many people in the chain..for something not to get out...especially if it is very good or very bad.
