I thought the idea of bvn putting directors on the board was weird. They dont need directors on the board the own the majority of the only project that FMG holds. They have no direct interest in FMG only FMG property, a big difference there. Anyway it doesnt matter and change in Directors is totally irrelevant as that is not what is holding the share price back.
