Naturally, I took the devils advocate side, and successfully convinced my opponents that yes, it 'did' exist and just about where it should be, off of the coast Spain, just north of The Azores.

Also, that the Aztecs passed through and settled on the remains of the mainland colony of Atlantis on Spain for a period on their migration from Palestine / Israel to the American SW, then on to Mexico City.

Over time they corrupted Atlantis to Aztlan, the place of the reeds, white Herons, sand, etc.

Were their tribal memories from their former residence in Palestine - one of the missing tribes ? - responsible for laying the foundation for Cortez's divine appearance - Bearded,White men - ??
