Thanks very much for this Subury Novice,

I've just had a blow by here as I have been away working in the wilds and now am intending for an extended holiday in Europe. Unfortunately it will be over the voting period and am presently wondering how I can vote as I won't get the voting papers in hand prior to the DML and FCU comibination going ahead.

What a pain! As I sure don't want to see the sale go ahead. Especially, where I don't quite understand what the DML reduction in shares will encompass. IE will the outstanding shares in FCU be cut by the same amount as the DML ones? They do say on the amalgamation.

If Dev and Ross desert the ship if the the vote is no, Is there someone in the wings to bring FCU to a successful end?

All I see with this deal is that there is no focal point on which to concentrate one's efforts, so consequently what looked like a great play in uranium now becomes a multifaceted behemouth with no clear direction, and from what I can see of DML, from what little I have looked at, they have not been able to deal with their multifaceted drive without losing a lot of share value.

Maybe when one is thinking of pulling out with out more losses is the time that things turn around. One can hope.
