Everybody must be so busy at Loop, hope you get some time off for Christmas break. I have a question about the Casaperks deal since the 60 days has passed to reach a definitive deal. Is there an extension since the casaperks.com is not ready yet.  This idea and use of Loop tech sounds like the beginnings of a "Shopify" disruption for rental unit apartment management becoming like hotel level concierge service. Renters are like long term hotel guests in a way.  Big changes to that boring business model, suddenly not boring. If this gets off the ground will be huge. Keep up the great work and every NR is more awesomer than the last. 3 cheer$!
