Hi Rob Loop mentioned in their latest press release they do not need to do a financing, but would entertain a strategic financing with a company that wanted to participate in Loops growth.  Can you tell us if you have had any discussions with such strategic partners, and what Loop's criteria would be in deciding whether to allow such an investment to take place?
