To answer your questions first - I do not work for Agoracom (or Loop), nor do not think Agoracom are incapable (I think the opposite, actually).  This is not an actively moderated board by Agoracom staffers (as in they don't moderate questions before they go live), which is why its members are self-moderating.

I am also not trying to control the board - I just want to see it used properly so it does not descend into chaos, like Y!.  Look at my post history here and elsewhere - you will see that I promote positivity about investing in the company above all else.  Why don't I promote the negativity?  Because everyone has the right to sell their shares and close their investment at any point if they don't like the company.  If they'd like to stick around, find a positive way to talk about the negative aspects of the investment.

This is an investors forum.  Not an "I don't want to invest anymore or at all forum"

It's here to supplement DD, not be the one and only source for it.

If you think that I am rabid, that's your prerogative, for sure.  I can tell you though, that is not the case.  Instead of posting comments here that make little to no sense or for which the answers are so easily found, I participate in other forums where legitimate questions can be discussed with a group that can pool their resources to find an answer to the question.

Just the other day the discord spent a few hours doing legitimate research on a question a few shareholders had.  We believe that the question will be answered today in the video, because we all knew that this was not the place for multiple people to start whining afterhours for answers about every little thing - as investors, we understand that it is OUR job to manage our investments.  It is not ROB's job to manage our investments.  To think otherwise is just lazy.

Plus, Can Invest had stated on MULTIPLE occasions that he/she was not an investor.  This went on for weeks before they removed their posts today.  It's not that I just didn't like their questions and comments, while semi-legitimate, it's because they were lazy, and often straight-up factually wrong.  Especially the one where they wanted to know how Loop's business partnership with "Artificial Intelligence" was going.

The DD I did on them, and their multiple online pseudonyms led me and others to the conclusion that they were so clearly, and legitimately not a real investor.
