I somewhat agree with some points.

I agree that it looks like Rob is doing way too many interviews, while I appreciate them, half of them aren't really necessary like the 45min with the 17 y/o (but good for the kid, it's impressive!). 

Now, about not finding their products in the Telus marketplace, you do need a business account with them, do you even have one? Or you are just talking just to bash?
