Since December 7th, 2020 when Loop announced the company's intention to uplist on the TSX and Nasdaq, we haven't heard much about the process for uplisting, the prospectus, and the timeline for uplisting. 

It would be great if Rob and team could give us loyal shareholders some indication of the timing for uplisting, when we should expect the process to be completed, and key milestones along the way.
