Not sure if federal government contracts things like this out.   Would be nice though.

All I heard is that federal employees at our local institutional will all be getting an email sent to their canada.ca account.  The person who told me said the email would include an "app" but I am not sure if apps can be mailed.  I immediately thought of how Loop was doing the Las Vegas thing.  In Vegas all "passes" were sent to each participant through their corresponding Univesity email account.  So I am hopping when she said "app" she meant "pass".  Still doesn't mean Loop though.
