Really strange situation. First, this is the first time I see that they kept confidential the name of the financing agent in a placement. No, clue why is that kept a secret. 

Second, Maitri deal never got closed?

Third, Fobi has 40+ employees, half of them in operations and development. That's a lot of expenses for someone that has no revenue. Plus, Fobi is hiring big time. 

I have to admit to me this is so confusing. Not to mention, that we well surpassed the time window of signing a couple of contracts.
