Bigfan, it seems we may not be able to provide L2 afterall (for Canadian stocks). It is not a technical error. Rather, the TSX increased pricing for L2 to all providers (including our own) to a point that appears to be very prohibitive.

We are looking for a solution but the TSX sets the prices and we may be out of luck. The change took place after we signed our deal with our quotes provider and expected to provide L2.

With respect to your point about the stockquote section "always stuck one stock", each HUB only provides quotes for that particular stock. If you go to different HUBS you'll see different quotes.
