Please see my post in the link below, you may have to copy/paste it in a new window,  where I posted an edited version of Agoracoms reply to this question earlier (here is the quick answer:  each member can only post their vote for you once.  There would have to be literally hundreds (thousands?) to change your level once you get high up).
