I'm quite sure you have to be made President of that hub (i.e. President Plus) in order to add a video. I can only upload videos to the hubs that I have the President shirt for (I see you don't have one for the OK hub). Ask them to make you one and you will be able to do it. PM me if you need help. (Make sure the video is less than 10 minutes and 100 MB).
