Thank you for your inquiry. We have tried the link and yes indeed it is valid. If you notice the page it is hyperlinked to is a PDF file. This requires Adobe Reader in order to be accessed. Can you please forward us the Discussion Forum you pasted this hyperlink to and so we can have a better understanding of this issue?
