Thank you for your inquiry. After repeatedly being warned, Joeybell was banned yesterday evening.

To answer the question on limited posting authority for mail room clerks, in a previous update we decided to wave the restriction.

Each day there are hundreds of new posters signing on to AGORACOM and in an effort to reward new members who do contribute whilst participating, we thought it would be best to allow unlimited restrictions.

We understand that the member in question had gone to far and as such joeybell's account has been suspended; but AGORACOM's format and community design allows for its community members to weed out any malicious posters.
