Why are hub leaders not given the ability to process messages posted on boards by VP and Presidents? I can understand that there may be a personality issue here, with a HL having 'veto' rights. But to require flagging and then sending a request to Agora to do the cleanup is too time intensive, and should be automated.

Additionally, this allows inflamatory posts to remain on the forum until such time as Agoracom staff have time to process these messages.

Solutions could include:

1. Dual HL processing. 2 or more hub leaders are required to process flagged messages from VP or higher.
2. Hiding of processed messages until Agoracom makes final decision on validity of removal decision.
3. HL allowed to delete messages from VP or higher when flagged by any VP or higher.

Unless the HL is allowed to delete messages, you are hindering our ability to keep our forums clean and under control.

At the very least, please put in a "Notify AGORACOM " option with "Warn User" and "Ignore Violation" so that we don't have to send messages to the admin staff for every post we are not allowed to handle.

As time goes by, the number of posters attaining VP or higher will increase, and this will further reduce the number of posts that the HL, entrusted by Agoracom, will be able to act on.
