Member Inquiries, Feedback and Testimonials
Good Morning Dear Shareholders.
Thank you for your inquiries and for your responses. We had to hide the "remove" button for the weekend. Our developer team had discovered a minor issue with removing messages outright hence we set this feature aside for the interim.
Hub Leaders can still remove messages however a message must first be reported as a violation and then managed through the violation page. Kindly note that while Hub Leaders can remove posts from members with the rank of Mail Room and Treasurer, they cannot remove posts from Vice President and President Members.
We understand that shareholders and community participants do not always see eye to eye, we do however believe that members with the rank of either Vice President or President for the greater part act in manners consistent to our six rules of use and our collective Community Standard.
I hope this answers your inquiry. If you have any further specific questions about the sites new Functionality, kindly bring them to our attention for immediate support.
Thanks again for your inquiries and for your contributions within the AGORACOM Community.
Regards,
AGORACOM
