Member Inquiries, Feedback and Testimonials
Good afternoon to you all,
First off, a big thank you to each and every one of you for helping to make AGORACOM the premier destination for small cap investors.
Your leadership roles on AGORACOM have been instrumental in helping our community achieve record breaking numbers for the month of November to the tune of 150,000 unique investors reading 12,000,000 million pages of quality information.
Thus far, the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive.
As with all major upgrades, there tend to be some bugs that slip through even the most extensive quality control.
One bug that we have identified and are working to resolve is the lack of notification for when a violation has been reported on the hub. Historically, when a message was reported as a violation, a little red flag would appear next to the message indicating that it is a violation. Currently that little red flag does not appear when a message has been reported as a violation. As such, for the interim, we suggest that Hub Leader check for any outstanding violations by clicking on the “Manage Violations” tab under “Hub Controls”.
In addition, once a message was been deleted by a Hub Leader, it would still remain visible to all Hub Leaders. Currently that is not the case.
We are working to resolve both these issues (little red flags and deleted messages visible) and anticipate having full functionality back to our Hub Leaders tomorrow.
Once again, thank you for your participation in the AGORACOM community and your incredible feedback.
Regards,
George, Paul and the AGORACOM Team.
