snug, you already have the authority as hub leader to do whatever you feel needs doing in the NOT hub. you've reminded people about the six rules, and if they still don't behave themselves, you or any of the other leaders can take the appropriate action. that hub is so cluttered now that i only read the posts that are recommended in double digits.

that's not to say you should be censoring anyone, but if you find a repeat offender, you don't need any other leaders to sanction his removal. if his rank is too high to delete his post, you can ask agoracom to do it, and they will judge each one on a case by case basis. i'm not sure what you're asking agoracom to do, but if the leaders aren't doing the job of keeping the forum clean, then agoracom would have to step in and do it.
