There may be a solution to the clutter on the NOT forum or any other for that matter.

The 2 Green buttons are the key I believe. One is NEW MESSAGE and the other is REPLY.

If..... we could possibly place the option on the "reply button" so the poster has the ability to hit O/T or Normal post, it may give posters pause and consequently/hopefully steer them to post to the appropriate forum.

The other issue re O/T forum is the fear some have of no response or losing the thread. Or, they fear the post will not get read. Many reasons.

With this in mind, somehow the O/T forum must become more connected to regular forum. If we make the post transfer easier to the appropriate forum the clutter would decrease and some would not fear their post is going unnoticed.

If there is a way to see the posts from both forums side by side relegated by time of post or thread etc...

Hub leaders could then enforce until all or most abide.
