Voting is a not a right, and in the USA one must be 18.
I say no voting should be allowed until reaching the rank of Treasurer. This would stop this nonsense of those who create aliases for the purpose to vote down another member.
Make it such that one has to "earn their keep" first.
I'm pretty certain Agora can see who votes what and to who.
