Thank you Dischino forgiving me that update. I think most of us agree that the most pressing matter seems to be the invasive manipulative bashing by intruders - not only upsetting healthy discussions, but being allowing to cast votes on the ranking system (i.e. 1 star anyone & everyone they wish)

Realistically that like giving a 2 year old the keys to the car - one has to pass driving tests 1st before being allowed to drive. We must take away this priviledge of instant voting rights & establish some reasonable level of voting priviledge - like the Treasurer Level you suggested - an excellent idea! I 2nd your motion!
