The average rating for the last twelve Hub Leaders to post on the Agoracom Forum Leaders Hub is an anemic 3.48. Considering the role these leaders fill on their own Hubs along with the exceptionally high quality of the messages they post on this forum it is really surprising that they are not rated much higher by their fellow hub members. Moreover some Hub Leaders including myself are very close to being once more demoted back to a lower rank. I certainly hope that Agoracom can solve the problem of the bouncing ranks in the near future. In my most humble opinion the retroactive imposition of rank requirements for Vice President and President status has led to the absurd situation of long-time and highly competent presidents being demoted for reasons having little if anything to do with the roles they fulfill on the Agoracom forums.

The wisdom of Solomon is required to balance all of the competing aspects of this issue. Fortunately we are blessed with managers who have shown themselves to possess such wisdom.
