I have always been able to select either ignore violation of ANY rank or warn user of any rank, but the deletion of VP & Pres is done by Agora or it is not.

That is my experience anyway...

More often that not, when I process as warn user, Agora deletes it, because 1 of the 6 rules have been broken and I add a comment showing such.
