Thank you for your inquiry. At the request of many posters, who yearned the ability to edit their posts after they had authored them. However, as a safe guard against posters who would use this maliciously (e.g type some profanity, or an insult and then change it), we set a time limit of 5 minutes. This allows our members to proof read their published posts, and allow them enough time to correct any typo's or grammatical errors within that time frame.

If the time frame passes and they wish to have their post removed or ammended, we kindly request members to report their own post as a violation, with the indicaiton "Please remove at authors request". A member of our staff will remove the post on your behalf.
