Score goes with the territory...hahaha.

We have had some problems the last couple of months on the EDIG board with banned members returning with a new alias, banned again etc, and every time one of the tactics is to vote one star to those they oppose. When someone returns, immediately many of the HL's see added votes. I have even seen a guy vote, flag HL's for no rule violation but not post for days. They do their dirty work 1st then begin the unwanted posting until someone axes them. It's a dumb game....

I have had Agora review who was doing the voting and they determined this tactic to be the case and corrected what they did, but they come back and do it again, and Agora need not be bothered anymore with this issue so I have dropped the effort.

This is a flaw in the system, and why I suggested way back when, you and others agreed, that nobody should be allowed to vote until reaching the treasurer level. This would clean up the problem immediately, but the idea, which Agora liked, has not been implemented.

After this OSC stuff is over, I might take another stab at asking for this change.
