Thank you for your messages. It is our fiduciary duty to inform you that AGORACOM cannot delete any records of any user's account. The reason being, once a post is submitted (user hit's submit), the post and its content becomes property of the public domain.
While AGORACOM reserves the right to hide your post and its content from public view due to a violation of community conduct, at AGORACOM's discretion or by the request of a copyright holder, your message and its content will be archived, and retrieved at the request of a Court of Law, or AGORACOM Management.
Furthermore, when a username is created, we have to keep it on record. This prevents any users in the future assuming your identity for malicious purposes.
We understand that some members wish to terminate their participation within AGORACOM. If this is what you wish, you are welcome to stop posting. If you are receiving emails from our campaigns, please click on the unsubscribe button embedded in all our outbound campaigns.
