I have never had an issue, thus assuming they have never accessed any of my PM's, but if they did, there's nothing there to harm me or the recipient, as I knew up front Agora has access if they suspect anything suspicious. I'm of the belief they would not do so unless I was reported for rule violations to the receiver of a PM.

The fact that their 6 rules apply in public posting as well as PM's, and I believe the TOS agreement states such, was my obvious clue it is not 100% private as the name implies...so this is why I use emails exclusively for very private exchanges.

As far as the accusations re: OSC, that's another matter.

Bottom line, due to their 6 rules that I agreed to when joining, they can read my PM's any time they want and it makes no never mind to me, as there's nothing of private substance, so I could care less.

I fully understand your concern, so if PM's are risky, use emails.
