New Member Limited Access

I believe this may be something you should consider. Too many times, I've seen new members come onto a board, start posting nonsense, antagonizing other members, give low star ratings, etc.

I believe that a new member should be put on Probation, let's say a 30 day period- (let's see what you can give to this board) - after which time, allow him/her more priviledges.
