personnally I think your system gets too many hub leaders going, all called presidents[ a case of too many chiefs], all basically the same powers . The actual guy who started the board becomes opaque, non distinguishable...having to hunt around to see who did what to who and why. THE PRES. PLUS SHOULD BE THE ONLY PERSON WITH POWER TO BAN ORSOMEONE OR VETO A POST....all others should only have the power to recomend to the pres. that a post or poster be delt with. The titles of mailroom etc can be breezed thru too fast and titles below pres. should take longer and no one else can achieve past vice pres. pres. unless the pos. becomes vacant and the current pres. resigns and appoints a new pres. or ag appoints one. Much like a co...only one ceo........this leaves the appointed or organizer of the hub with some status as the decision maker for the hub.

I think since the big leaders bring valuable traffic after so many levels of points small awards be given for recognition..ie laptops...say 25000.....50000 points...that's a fair amount of posting....anyhow just some thoughts
