Thanks for the heads up Doll. Been to RC a couple times in the qtr and there always is a robust crowd. The economy may get kicked in the backside, but consumers seem to be willing to pay up for a nice chunk of meat and decent service. Many dine out as part of the "Stay-cation" craze.
